Maria was born, raised and currently resides in Western New York after moving out of state where she began her legal career. Maria was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011. She practiced civil litigation throughout the State of Florida, concentrating on highly contested foreclosure actions and insurance defense litigation, representing insurance companies and local businesses in the defense of premises liability, wrongful death, and homeowner’s insurance claims. Maria practiced in almost every county in the State of Florida, as well as in the Federal Courts, in the Middle District and Southern Districts of Florida, where her licenses are still active.
After practicing law in Florida, Maria moved back to Western New York and was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department. She began her own practice to create an environment of trust, reliability, and personal care that is greatly needed in the world of law. Maria concentrates on Real Estate, Family Law, and Civil Litigation while also handling Criminal Law and Estate Planning and Probate matters.
