Maria T. Evans, Esq. began her legal career in Florida, where she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011. She practiced civil litigation throughout the state, concentrating on highly contested foreclosure actions and insurance defense litigation — representing insurance companies and local businesses in the defense of premises liability, wrongful death, and homeowner's insurance claims.
She practiced in nearly every county in Florida, as well as in the Federal Courts of the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, where her licenses remain active.
After returning to Western New York, Maria was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department. She founded her own practice to create an environment of trust, reliability, and personal care that is greatly needed in the world of law.
